Seller Policies

  • Registration Requirements: All sellers must be registered businesses in the USA, Canada, or UK.

  • Product Listings: Sellers must comply with the following guidelines:

    • No adult content or counterfeit goods are allowed.

    • Main product images must have a gray background; gallery images can have any background.

    • Product descriptions must include information on material, pairings, and suitable occasions.

  • Compliance: Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their products and business operations.


Order Processing and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the platform are subject to acceptance by Cusuti. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  • Pricing: All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and eligible local currency methods. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.


Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: All items will be shipped within 1-3 days of placing an order.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the buyer’s location. Sellers are responsible for shipping products directly to customers.


Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to return any product, no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Return Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to the seller.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 2 days of the seller receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Customers are encouraged to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


Intellectual Property

  • IP Infringement: All products listed by sellers are manually reviewed by our team to ensure no IP infringement. IP owners who find violations can contact us at support@cusuti.com. Immediate action will be taken to address the issue.


Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: The platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Cusuti, Haltris, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or services.


Dispute Resolution

  • Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be handled by Cusuti through our 15-day no-questions-asked refund policy to ensure smooth resolution.
