Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Eligibility for Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via email at support@cusuti.com or call us at +1 412 438 8827 within the 24-hour window.

  • Refund Process: If the order is canceled within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Non-Cancelable Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. Customers must wait for the product to be delivered and then initiate a return as per our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Reasons for Cancellation: Cusuti reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Out of stock items

    • Pricing errors

    • Issues identified by our fraud detection system

    • Incomplete or inaccurate payment or shipping information

  • Notification: In the event of a cancellation initiated by Cusuti, customers will be notified via email or phone.

  • Refund Process: If Cusuti cancels an order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.


Special Conditions

  • Pre-Orders and Backorders: Cancellation of pre-orders or backorders will be handled according to the specific terms provided at the time of order.

  • Promotional Items: Orders for items purchased during special promotions or sales events may have different cancellation terms, which will be specified during the promotion.
