Return Policy

  • Return Time Frame

    • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product, no questions asked.

  • Eligibility Conditions

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

    • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Certain items, such as intimate apparel (lingerie) and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Authorization

    • Upon contacting customer support, you will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

  • Return Shipping

    • The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to the seller.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.


Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing

    • Once the seller receives the returned product and confirms it is in its original condition, a refund will be processed.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

  • Refund Amount

    • The refund will cover the cost of the item(s) returned.

  • Refund Confirmation

    • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

  • No Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@cusuti.com or +1 412 438 8827 with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Resolution

    • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a full refund or sending a replacement item at no additional cost.
